½ cup milk
½ cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp PB
1 Scoop Hemp Protein
1 tbsp honey

Fill the blender with ice, add the ingredients and blend thoroughly.
*Tip Add a Tsp of your favorite jelly, for a PBJ Smoothie!
        Add a Banana for a PB and Banana Smoothie!!
